Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

Shipping Times
Shipping time depends on the destination and carrier. Average transit times:

• Domestic: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
  Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Tracking updates will reflect progress.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was unclaimed, it will be returned to us.

We can reship the order once the correct address is confirmed. Reshipping costs apply.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear.

Lost in Transit
If your order hasn’t arrived, allow a few extra days for carrier delays.
If the order still hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If a package is marked Delivered but is not received, please check with your neighbors or the local post office.
We do not replace orders marked as Delivered.
