RETURNS & REFUNDS

General Returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse or preference-based returns.

Size Exchanges
Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product
  If the claim is approved, a replacement will be shipped at no cost.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos and your order number. We will process a replacement.

Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Items that have been worn or washed
• Claims submitted after 30 days

Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins. Review your order carefully before checkout.

All sales are final.
